The Manu Centre Transition

The Manu Centre recently hosted a special transition gathering with our practitioners, where Vicki Palmer, after 20 years of stewardship, formally passed ownership to Mark West and Tom Pepper.

This was a meaningful moment of connection, shared vision, and reaffirmation of the Centre’s role as a sanctuary of peace and transformation.

Vicki will continue to serve in a steering group role as an advisor, offering her wisdom and vision to guide the Manu Centre’s ongoing growth. The responsibility for guardianship now rests with Mark and Tom, who together will assume joint ownership - bringing fresh energy, compassionate leadership, and the ability to invest more deeply in the Manu Centre’s future.

Mark has long been immersed in the study and practice of therapeutic dialogue, with a thoughtful understanding of the boundaries between coaching, mentoring, and counselling. His work reflects deep respect for the human journey and a reverence for personal transformation.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and brings with him a strong passion for physical health. Combined with his commitment to personal growth, this creates a natural synergy between his values and those of the Manu Centre.

We look forward to this next chapter, together with our community, in mindfulness, growth, and mutual care.

With warmth and gratitude,

The Manu Centre
