What is Reiki 1

Reiki is a gentle healing energy which anyone can learn to channel. Participants are taught how to give a Reiki treatment to family and friends. You will be attuned to this  wonderful healing energy which can then be used in many different ways to help you and others.

Pippa howell is an experienced Reiki Master and teacher, and offers this training with warmth and sensitivity.
