What is Meditation and Energy Development Courses.

Courses are five to six weeks in duration and are available throughout the year on Monday evenings. Classes are suitable for beginners as well as those wishing to develop their meditation skills and practice.This also helps to increase awareness of your energy.

Occasional one-off development sessions are also available.

The benefits

Meditation helps you learn how to manage stress, and to promote relaxation and having a greater sense of well being.

Taking part in guided group meditations will enable you to develop an indvidual meditation practice. You will also develop a greater awareness of your energy.
