Sound Therapy
What is Sound Therapy
Sound therapy is a way of finding your voice, being truly heard by another, and allowing the body and the voice to express who you are in the world.
At the Centre we have a gifted sound therapist who works individually and with groups to help people find confidence in themselves again.
Many people have been amazed at the spontaneous healing and development they have found through this work.
It can be experienced in two different formats.
Firstly you can receive a sound therapy session by lying on a couch whilst the practitioner uses sound to clear the energy blockages within the body through the use of instruments and through the practitioner channeling sound into the mental, physical and emotional bodies with her own singing voice. This is a powerful therapy which is non-invasive, highly effective in cutting through physical, mental and emotional blocks. With this unique personalized sound treatment you can tune into your optimum vibration for personal wellbeing.
Secondly, the practitioner offers a safe and supportive space for you to become more confident and self empowered, through allowing your voice to release any unhelpful patterns which you are holding in the body through past trauma and difficult experiences. Using singing and movement, you can peel away the layers of conditioning and blocks to your creativity and self worth. You do not have to be able to sing.
It needs to be experienced to be fully appreciated.
