What is Polarity therapy

It has its origins in the Ayurveda system of medicine. It is a gentle hands on treatment whilst you are fully clothed. Specific points on the body are held.

It helps to release congested energy that is locked into the body through trauma , illness or other.difficult experiences. These blockages create tension and sometimes cause disease. Polarity therapy unlocks the points of tension, and by helping the body's natural energy to flow again, it restores the body's blueprint for health.

Usual number of treatments over 4-8 weeks is four.
