Terms and Conditions
For therapists
- You are responsible for updating your own indemnity insurance and continuous personal and professional development.
- Terms and conditions of hiring the space are available on request.
- A month’s notice is required for both parties.
- You oversee your own bookings
- You are responsible to your clients for following the ethical codes of your professional organisation.
For clients
- You pay the therapist directly for your session.
- There is no charge for cancellations with 48 hours notice
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged at half price
- The full fee is charged for missed appointments
For Workshops
- Deposits are non refundable
- Full payment is required before the start of the workshop
- If the workshop is cancelled for any reason, all money will be returned including deposits
For Classes
- Payment is due on the first day of the class for that month for ongoing classes, and becomes due at the start of each month.
- For a set of classes, there is a reduced fee for paying for the set, or you can pay a higher fee weekly.
- If the class is cancelled for any reason, either fees will be refunded or put towards a replacement class.
